Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use our website or book our services.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown are indicative starting prices in Australian dollars. Your final price depends on area size, surface condition, access and cleaning requirements, and is confirmed with you before work begins.

Results

We use suitable cleaning methods for each surface. Some stains, such as deeply ingrained oil, may not be fully removable, so complete stain removal is not guaranteed.

Access

Please make sure we can access the area and a water supply, and let us know about any fragile surfaces or existing damage.

Bookings and changes

A booking request is confirmed once we contact you. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

Photos

Some photos on this website are illustrative examples and may not show actual customer jobs.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
